I love to feed peoples bellies and soul with my cooking.
I have been cooking since I was 7 and have always a had a passion for food and being in the kitchen. This passion stems from mornings in the kitchen with my parents cooking breakfast; and later on standing beside my mother preparing holiday meals.
I am classically trained in Culinary arts from The Art Institute of Philadelphia.
I did not grow up vegan but transitioned when I was around 25 yrs old due to being over weight and not living the healthiest of lifestyles. Going vegan was the best thing I did not only for the weight loss but just my overall health.
Already passionate about food my excitement grew once I started exploring vegan options.
The vegan world of food is so diverse, the possibilities are endless.
As time progressed and friends and family tried my vegan meals the suggestion was to start preparing food/meals for others. It was always a dream of mine to feed the masses but I just did't know how to go about it.
Now here i am bringing amazing, fresh, fabulous and fun food to you!
